 Indoor coached track workouts

What:

This is a 12 week indoor track workout coached by Jim Stronach. The track is 1/5 of a mile. That's almost like being at the Nashua High track
 $96 per person. Space is limited, first come, first served

When:

TUESDAY nights from Dec 9, 2008 to Mar 3, 2009
Warm up 6:00 to 6:10
Discussion 6:10 to 6:15
The workout 6:15 to 7:15
Cool down run 7:15 to 7:30
